My Konjac has 2 growing points ready to start taking off. I would rather it only focus its energy on one stalk. Can I cut the other one off after it shoots up so it doesn't waste energy on it to grow? Thanks Another question. Is there any tips or tricks to get a large size tuber? Is there a way to prevent it from making multiple babies every year and concentrate on getting bigger?

If you leave them both it will eventually split at the end of the season. You can take off one of the sprouts(preferably the smaller sprout) ;0)
