Germinating Clero. seeds?

Chariton, IA(Zone 5b)

Hi,

Does anyone know the secret to germinating seeds from Clerodendrum Thomsoniae - AKA Bleeding Heart, a tropical plant? Sure could use some help here.

Thanks

Here's what I found Brugie:
Clerodendron Pre-chill seeds for 4-6 weeks. 60-90 days til germination, needs Light, Germination staggered, 65-70 degrees, well drained soil, surface sow.

Thanks for your help on this one. It has really bugged me to not be able to grow this seed. I have perfectly beautiful plants and take cuttings, but it is a challenge to me to be able to do it from seed.
