I had to harvest all this parsley today...does anyone have creative ideas
(be nice) LOL or recipes so it doesn't go to waste?

Parsley juice, being a herbal drink, is quite powerful and is usually taken in quantities of about 2 fl ozthree times a day and is best mixed with other juices. The leaves can be deep frozen and are easily stored.It has alot of health benefit's.
In soups of all kinds. I've also steamed parsley and used it over rice.
I also use mine in pesto--part parsley, part basil with the other appropriate ingredients. Or, make a taboulah salad. If all else fails, dry it--it will still be better than any store-purchased dried parsley.

Make gremolata. Chopped parsley, lemon zest and garlic. Sprinkle on meats, pasta, etc.
