Whats in the Park in Italy

I've been watching this live webcam from Italy for several months. It's a small park with a pool. There is some kind of life in the pool. What is it? I've been watching and i can't make it out. It could be large fish. but there is a rock in the pool.Is it for clmbing?
People come and watch the pool at times.
Because of the time difference,It is daylight there during the AM hours (for US)
