Our backyard has become a Morning Dove mating resort!

We had 6 pairs...all the males cooing and chasing the ladies around...what a hoot!

I would love to have a pair build a nest somewhere in our yard/gardens...
May have to wait another year or 2 when the honeysuckle vines and our ornamental grasses become more dense though...

Finally saw a few Grackles...3 weeks later than last year and no RWBBs yet...
I'm sure they are on their way :)
