Is this just a pale yellow-rumped warbler?

Not the best angle to tell from! Could be a 1st-winter female, but could also be a 1st-winter female Pine Warbler. Annoying that the underside of the tail is hidden!

I would agree on the first winter female Yellow-rumped - Mrytle form because of the auricular patch.

Thanks, I wasnt sure because the yellow was so faint.
