Has anyone put together a proposal for a butterfly garden (and/or nature center) for their city or town? I know many schools do this, but I'm looking for information on how it might differ for a municipality.
I have some ideas on how to pull together volunteers, donations, plant donations, etc., I'll need to get a design proposal for the city council to approve the venture and commit the space. They'll want to know about funding of course and I suppose I'll need to research grants and local business partners.
