Where can I purchase this rose for delivery to an address in the USA? So far it looks like I have to go to New Zeland to pick one up!

You're not going to get much info about a lovely rose on the hoyas forum! Best you try the roses forum - http://davesgarden.com/community/forums/f/roses/all/ - they have much more experience with roses there. While all we could do is tell you how to find hoyas. Good luck finding your rose in North America! Sometimes we have to order from overseas too.
I think nosliwjim's post ended up here when DG was having problems last week. They did a transfer of servers from the old system to the new owners (InternetBrands) servers last week and there were a few hiccups with things posting wonky for a bit. So nosliwjim was probably posting on the rose forum and it ended up here during the transition.
