deer resistant veggies?

part of my garden is fenced, some isn't. are there veggies deer won't go after that I can plant outside the fence?

garlic? onion? anthing?

I don't think they will eat onions or garlic or herbs unless they are starving

Rosemary, santolina, beebalm, lemon grass or lemon balm...will help protect the plants you do put in. I have also found that several of the heirloom tomatoes and a few of the historic cubes (white) have a scent they do not like. They may have to nibble a bit to find that out, but since the first couple of days, the deer stay away from those veggies on the fence...this year, I am putting hot peppers at the base of the vegs and see how they like that when they nibble!
