It is not Bilbergia nutans. Sorry I don't know want it might be.

Identification of very many Bromeliads is iffy at best, partly becasue there are so many hybrids. If you aren't convinced (and want some good reading) go to www.fcbs.org and follow the menu on the left to "Uncle Derek Says."
