Muscovy Ducks Banned!
I read it on DonnaB's thread. It is ridiculous...they don't even give a very good reason. First they go on about how the wild population is re-establishing itself and needs to be respected, and then they discuss how some people find it "aggressive" and they are going ban private ownership in the whole country.
Pythons, yes; cobras, yes; exotics big cats, yes; primates, yes....but ducks?

It should be handled locally.
Its not a national issue.
If there are large populations of feral Muscovies
the DNR could simply go in and exterminate them.
You don't see them banning cats because theres
ferel cats!
