I'm having trouble starting cuttings of this plant. I've tried water rooting, vermiculite, perlite, peat rooting using rootone. I don't know what exactly the problem is since I've started many plants from cuttings of other types with pretty good success rates. I have an even temperatured room to work in and good lighting. Is there specific that needs to be done?

Anybody have any ideas?
