2 Bali Myna Leucopsar rothschildi. Bali, Indonesia.

3 Quail or partridge of some sort; will check more later. Any side-on pics?

4 Blue-bellied Roller Coracias cyanogaster. Tropical west Africa.

5 Nicobar Pigeon Caloenas nicobarica. Indonesia, Malaysia, Philippines.

Best guess is a female Black Francolin (a species of partridge from India), but that's not certain.
