Oh, the chicken catalogs are here and it makes me want to fill my hands with fuzzy little chicks. After last year though, I'm was having a bit of trouble deciding if I want to risk them. I never knew that chickens could inspire such a commotion or ultimately cost so much. Husband and I have discussed it at length and decided (for the moment at least), that yes, we should go for it once again.
I am taking back my life and living it the way I want. I have a victorious heart and will NOT be defeated. No matter what. Watch out Dave’s Garden, I’m baaaaaaackkkkk!

A neighbor’s dogs killed 30 chickens and turkeys. It has been a nightmare ever since. I refuse to let them defeat me though. Not money, education or lies can overcome an indomitable spirit! (or someone who loves chickens)
