Tulips

I planted several different varieties of tulips last fall. We have had a really cold winter, but most of the tulips I planted have sprouted leaves already.

The only exception is the "rembrandt tulip mix" I planted in a couple of large urns flanking the front door of the house. None of them have come up yet..

Has anyone else planted these before? Is it normal for them to come up later?

Typically Rembrandt mixes are single late varieties, it would be normal for those to emerge later.
