Several years ago, there was a German restaurant in downtown Tulsa, near the pedestrian mall. They served a hot potato salad that had - as best I can recall - a mustard sauce, no mayonnaise. It was spicy, but not bitey...really a nice complement to a heavy meat main dish. Does anyone have a recipe that sounds like that, or can you point me in the right direction?
