I know it's not easy for USA residents to receive plants or roots from outside the USA, but for me, living in Belgium it's not a problem, as long as you don't mention what's in the envelop/package. Customs hardly check packages.
And if you want to receive roots/plants, please let me know what you're looking for. I have a lot of plants in my garden.
