Solar garden chandelier

I posted this in Trash To Treasure, but someone suggested I post here to.

This is a $2.50 1980's chandelier reincarnated as a solar chandelier. I used some pieces of PVC slid over the electrical piece the bulb screws into and Rustoleum metallic paint.
