I planted about 48 tomato seeds on Feb 12th, come Feb 17th they are up and running and under the lights with a set of cotyledons already looking leggy, so, now they are up under the lights. I used compost tea and chamoille tea to expand my coconut coir brick with, placing seeds in Bob's coconut coir seed starting kit, under it, a heating mat. My last frost day is supposedly the March 13th date, won't start my second wave til the 26th of Feb, don't want them ready to go outside too early this time.

We're still snowed in up here, so all we can do is dream about planting....although I am starting some peppers from seed this weekend :)

Then later on when I near the planting season, RH Shumways and Burpees are sending me some plants.
I am getting Brandywines from RH Shumways, 4 kinds, 4 plants each and from Burpees I am receiving 3 of their larger tomato plants, 3 each and 3 of the Health Kick, I tried that last time and really loved the flavor of it.
