I used to have an Apple Cake Recipe that was "heart healthy". I know it had 4C of sliced/peeled apples and you put the cup or so of sugar on them and let it sit for 15 mintues. This recipe had no oil and only egg whites. Does anyone have it? I've searched several of the sites that folks have listed and haven't found it. Any help would be much appreciated. Thank you.
