CLOSED: Some kind of vireo?

Rockport, TX(Zone 9a)

I have 4 pics. Could be an orange-crowned warbler I suppose. I saw one, but knew right away that it was an orange-crowned. This one though looked like some kind of vireo to me.

BTW, I accidentally deleted the original pic. I went to the recycle bin, found it and clicked on restore. Does any one know where it goes when you restore it?

Orange-crowned Warbler

Note - the orange crown is even less obvious than a Ruby-crowned Kinglet's crown, or a Red-bellied Woodpecker's red belly. One of the least well-named birds!
