Thanks guys..I'm really hoping that once these plants get bigger you won't see the rim of the pots sticking out..Most of the little planters there displayed on are from second hand stores..I just wash the container out and disinfect it ..and there ready for a new home..thanks again for all your kind comments..

Sonia,
You have such a lovely collection!! Are they all grown in natural light?

It's impossible to name noids, because there are so many, but your last one looks a bit like Green Dragon.

Nice Sonia--very nice! I never met a window that didn't need a violet. ^_^

Thanks Lynn..right now there all under natural light..I hear you about the noids ..Early this week I picked up about 20 mini's all noids..Did I say that out loud..lol..
Thanks Phoebesviolets I hear you about every window being covered..It's not normal..lol My youngest daughter counted a little over a 100 mostly all noids except 30 or so that I ordered..

How could I pass this noid up..

Most of us started with a noid--and that one is a beauty!

Where do ladies find these beautiful noids?? I never see them around here.

Upland, CA

Phoebesviolets..that's how I started ..and then you do a little research and find out the 1000's of varietys out there..Love the light blue blooms with the varigated foliage..one of my favorite color combos..I have started really liking the girly leaf types...then again I think I like them all..

Ibrabec..I pick up most of plants at local places..I've gotten some at Lowes..Armstrongs and a few mom and pop plant places..Good Luck on your hunt...

Thanks. We don't have any mom and pop stores around here anymore. We have Walmart,Shopko,Lowes and Home Depot, but they usually just have plain green standards.

Lynne--wonder if you can give their managers the websites of Holtcamp/Optimara and ask them to look into ordering better stock--just a thought...

Jan,
It's worth a try.We have large nurseries here, but they don't always carry Gessies.

Hi, well, I am a bit better. I still rest most of the time. I am using a new doctor along with my other CFS doctor. CFS is very hard.
