Hiya ..

My good friend had her Newfie/Rotti put down last Sunday. 'Roxy' was 12 and a lovely dog.
I seem to remember having read an article by someone that encompassed the 4 phases of your relationship with your animal ..
Does anyone have a clue ?
It ended by saying the 4th phase allowed you to SMILE when you thought of your beloved pet, instead of crying.

I'll continue my online search, but, you peeps are always 'wondrous wise' and 'in the know' :-)
