I took a small bite of this casserole at an open house one time (years ago) just to be polite - I wasn't sure what was in it and the cranberry layer looked like tomato aspic (which I don't care for). What a mistake - it was a devine blend of complementary flavors. I could have eaten the whole thing. I never got the recipe and have been looking for it ever since. Anyone know what I'm talking about?
