The PERFECT fudge: Rocky Road!

Southwest, VA(Zone 6a)

I REALLY REALLY GOOFED!! I rescued my pantry from all the little bits left in cans, jars, and boxes, and had the makin's for the best Rocky-Road fudge ever! I started out eating the broken off pieces when I cut it up, then moved on to the ugly pieces.... HELP!!!

RECIPE:
About 8 cups +/_ total combined of the following: mini-marshmallows, raisins, chow mien noodles, unsalted peanuts, raw sunflower seeds, and Rice Krispies (or anything else not requiring refrigeration).

Combine a can of sweetened condensed milk, 2 T butter, and 12 oz package of semi-sweet chocolate morsels; simmer over low heat until melted; pour over dry mix of goodies.

Line a roaster pan (15x11x2") with wax paper or Saran Wrap and dump in the mix and press with the back of a wooden spoon to tighten up the mix. Let cool (freeze or fridge speeds things up).

Remove from pan; cut into 1-1/2" squares; allow to air-dry a bit before storing in an open container.

Sesame seeds, Craisins, rolled oats, walnuts, dried fruit, a little cinnamon, ... there's so much more than could be used in this!
