Help Needed for 8mth old Rottweiler

My Rotty has just decided to start destroying my plants by pulling them out of the pots, which upsets me, because I want to plant some in the ground but she will just pull them out.

I used to train people how to clear these types of messes up, lol.

But she is so stubborn, that nothing seams to be making a difference.

ANY advice to try appreciated. I dont want to have to build a fence around them as I only rent the house.
