Can anyone tell me what may be causing yellowing to red on the tips of my garlic plants? I remember seeing somewhere that it may be a deficiency but can't remember what it was. I planted the bulbs in 16" pots with bagged soil amended with compost and added bulb food (for Spring bulbs) as an amendment at planting time. They germinated well and are about 6-8" tall but have recently developed this yellowing, turning red on the tips of the leaves.
