Aloha everyone,
I was wondering if any of you had any tips for sharpening your secateurs or hand pruners. I am using a whet stone with a drop of oil on mine, or sometimes a knife steel. I do have a Dremel that is supposed to hone the blades, but I am rather terrified of the sparks that fly from it. With the constant cutting back we have to do here I find I have to resharpen almost every time I work in the garden. Anybody got a better way to get, and keep, a nice sharp blade?

Yes - I use a small file - works for me.
