What a treat I got today. I was trying to catch some decent photos of birds coming into my feeder this afternoon and they got dive-bombed by our local Coopers Hawk. It missed getting lunch and it landed in one of our trees. Then it flew down and landed on the bird feeder! :-)

Look what visited my bird feeder today!!!
Nice ones Chris!!
Beautiful detail, Chris.
Wow, beautiful shots Chris! That is a very handsome bird!
I love those eyes!
Neat!
Sort of glad that it missed lunch.
Great shots Chris!! Ours has been going thru regular lately but sure hasn't stopped for a nice photo shoot like yours. I am very jealous!
Great photo Chris. Hawks are neat birds, but I hope no Sharp shinned come in here. Several years ago one came into yard and scared and maybe caught my two very favorite chickadees. This is the first year chickadees have come back to my yard.
Very foggy this morning, 32 degrees, no birds at the feeders.

Spectacular photos Chris! You really got lucky that it landed for a photo ops! Great job.
