Waiting impatiently for the rain to stop so we can build some raised veggie beds in the front yard...
...thought it would be fun to see if there are any other like minded DGers out there. Yay no more grass to mow!!

Show us your front yard veggie gardens!
Just wait until April when my trellises are covered with pole beans and malabar spinach. I'm also thinking a few huge zukes would look like exotic tropicals scattered around.
it won't be until june at this end of the world.
I have a HUGE tree that shades almost my entire front yard. However, my neighbor is really considering starting a garden in her front yard because her back yard is taken up by a huge tree. If she starts one, I'll post pics.
Rabbits and deer would love having a veggie feast in my front yard. I'm really, really happy they have left the back yard veggie garden alone. (fingers crossed)
I saw a bunny run across the street from my neighbor's front yard this morning, and my daughter passed four deer on her way to my place this morning - she lives 1/2 mile from me.
