Help please

I have been up since 2:00 am. My sweet little puppy is doing something that I just don't understand. She was asleep on my lap when all of a sudden she just freaked out and started barking and bitting at me and anything around her. Obviously I thought bad dream. She continued to be fairly argressive to me and to my other dog Wallace. She was very hyper and still I am thinking she probably just had a real nightmare. I finally got her calmed down after I took her outside to pee and poo. She finally quieted down and went back to sleep for a bit. Something set her off again and she was just going nutso. Wallace was scared for me and for her. He has became her somewhat big brother. However she was biting at him and he got nervous and wanted to bite back , not for fear of my safety. I have issolated her to the kitchen and of course we are both in here with her and she is sleeping again.
Do you suppose she had a seziure of sorts. Her whole behaviour changed and she was just wanting to bite all her toys and pounced on anything that moved. I could hardly hold on to her as she was just sort of agressively reacting to everything.
What should I do.
