Help on Windows

I need to learn how to do things with Internet Explorer. My grandaughter just touched one or two keys and made my text on the internet too small. HOW DO I CHANGE IT BACK?

Try holding down the control button and scrolling up with the mouse wheel. Your granddaughter is adorable. :-)

Not only is she beautiful, but she is obviously a genius. She needs her own computer. :)

You both are so kind and THANK YOU Marylyn!!!!!! So easy. I wondered how she got it to work with only 2 fingers.

Funny story. Write this one down to share with her.

Nice job, Marilyn - good thing you were there.

You're welcome! ^_^

I have told everyone who my GD has been around to fix their problem with this simple fix. I am using it on all of my pages to enlarge print, photos, etc. I need to go back to school and learn some Windows.

The best tricks aren't even documented, I don't think. You get them from people along he way one at a time . . .

This is an immeasurably helpful thing to know how to do. I have been squinting at the tiny print for years with my hopelessly myopic eyes, and here is the simple solution, "control/scroll" to amplify the print.
THANKS!!!

I discovered it accidentally, and now I use it often! :-)

You can also do it by hitting control + and - (which ends up being control/shift/plus key or minus key).

Yes it is nice to know how to do things. I am using the ctrl scroll often now. Especially on pictures to see the background of pictures.

I don't use IE, but there is an option, under the View menu, that allows you to select a default text size (Small, Large, Larger, Largest).

Look how she handles that mouse! She is a natural! What an excellent photo.

I have always thought that infants are a sponge. So I have always provided plenty of water for them to absorb so their cells can expand.

I am having so much fun with the C-Scroll trick. My screen is about 2 1/2 feet away from my eyes (I need work space in front of me) and I often have trouble with the words. Great tip!
