I"m assuming this is a mourning dove, but this chest color is really throwing me.

Experts will let you know, but here in Central Florida that's the way Mourning Doves chests' look when they fluff up for some reason. Then they go light again after they settle down.

That long tail is exclusive to the Mourning Dove.

Well i was pretty sure it was a mourning dove, just couldn't figure out the coloration. I hadn't remembered them looking so chestnutty.

Has to be a leucistic Mourning Dove. There are other dove species around the world with long tails and which might escape from a zoo, but none with that plumage pattern.
