CLOSED: What kind of bird is this?
I'd say that is a winter-plumaged (basic) Yellow-rumped Warbler.

Thanks for the ID Greg. I looked in my book and there it is. I wish could have seen a bit more of the front of the bird.
I was playing around with a new lens, saw a bird alight and just napped a pic.
A Yellow-rumped Warbler is a Lifer for me.
One more conformation would be nice.
