soft tips on plumeria

Now that the freeze it over i have soft tips on my 10ft plumeria,will it travel all the way down to the roots,is there any hope.

cut the bad off now longer you leave it more its going to rot

I agree. Keep cutting to white wood. Clean pruners or knife between each cut.
They may still come back from the roots if they are rotting all the way down.

Trees I have in the ground with blankets got tip burn. Can't help it could if I had put pipe insulators just on the tips it will stop that everywhere the quilt touched the tips it did that on alot of them could have been worse.

are the tips brown?
