I recently had a nutritional health assessment and it was recommended I eat as much organic as possible - due to reactions to food dyes, etc. Am also trying to eliminate as much sugar as possible (ugh! - I love my sweets). We are shopping at Whole Foods and the organic section of our regular grocery and trying to integrate organics into our diet as much as possible. This is all new as I'm 51 yrs old and have always eaten anything I wanted - which included fried foods, sweets, and lots of 'comfort' food in general.
If anyone has favorite recipes or brands they particularly like, I'd love to hear about them. Also, any other advice/suggestions to make healthy eating not only taste good, but quick and easy so I'm more likely to do it and not convert back to my old ways.
Thanks - and hope everyone is enjoying 2010!
Debra
