What do you think of this idea. We're having friends for dinner in a couple of days and I'm planning to roast some pork tenderloin. I'm thinking of stuffing it with assorted chopped mushroom with onions and maybe some blue cheese (Gorgonzola). What do you think? Will it work or be a disaster?
