Cryptanthus

zone 6a, KY

I was wondering if anyone has grown cryptanthus in a strawberry planter and what the results were. I have some in small cups that need a bigger pot and wondered how that style of growing would work for them. Thanks for any input.

Cryptanthus need to be a little on the moist side and my expertise is strawberry planters dry put kind of fast.

I agree with turtle. If the planter is glazed it might stay more moist longer.
