CLOSED: Is this a Cooper's Hawk, or Sharp-shinned?

Probably, but not definitely, Cooper's. Perhaps best left as unidentified though.

I agree on the non-ID, Accipiter sp. It is a juvenile bird coming into adult plumage given the streaking mid-breast and the reddish barring on the outside of the breast.
