empty fridge so what's for dinner? (not takout allowed)

Had little in the fridge tonight so I experimented and it was fabulous

I took a pork tenderloin and sliced it into 1/2 in rounds. I then put ground savory, thyme, dried mince garlic, dried minced onion, smoked paprika, pepper, and black Hawaiian salt into a ziplock and wet the pork then shook it in the seasoning. I browned the pork in olive oil and a little butter then added thinly sliced onion and garlic. I turned the pork and added the last of a cabbage, caraway seed and a sprinkle of kosher salt covered and cooked until done. It was ugly but delish!

What was your best throw together that worked and you made again?
