Question regarding crepes.

Huntington Beach, CA(Zone 10a)

I have to make some savory crepes for a family gathering this Sat. and want to know if I can make the crepes on Friday and then fill them on Sat. morning? How would I rewarm them?

Also, does anyone have a good savory filling for crepes? I would like to make some with just vegetables and possibly with shrimp or chicken.
