Something to Break the Monotony

I would notice the guys changing, extreme case there. The experiment is true to a point, hang out with little kids and you would be surprised at what they are looking at, they notice much more detail than adults because they don't know what comes next. Of course they also block things out because they are focused on so many small details.

Odd example but with a song. A Green Day song came on the radio and the lyrics were something about not being able to sleep, counting sheep and his eyes bleeding. Son wanted to know why he was counting sheep and he seemed concerned that his eyes were bleeding. Both statements taken very literally where as I have never really thought about every word in the song and I also realize that it's not all meant literally.

LOL, that dog had to be freezing. Interesting experiment too with the two guys; I can see how a lot of folks might miss that - especially if they're focused on what they're about to do versus what's happening in front of them.

Being very visually oriented, I'd probably catch it .. but don't really know.

That dog is a hoot! Amazed it doesn't suffocate under all that snow!

Core HHI says, "Hang out with little kids and you would be surprised at what they are looking at".....

....which, of course, as all mothers know, is why we would never notice the man changing. WE'D BE TOO DISTRACTED WITH WHAT THE KIDS ARE DOING!!!!!!

Loved the dog. What a joy to see such exuberance and happiness, huh?

I love the dog show. I would love to see snow like that once in my life and try to run and jump through it like that dog. What a hoot!! May have cold weather here now but won't see anything like that!! I would just love to have a smiggen (sp) of that energy LOL!!
