In my sibley's I see some green dots in this location, so I suppose it is not unheard of.
yes i see that too. it says; uncommon winter visitor along western edge of eastern north america; rare visitor farther east.
Looks OK for Oregon to me. This mixing could be what helps keep them all as one species, rather than dividing into several species.
