dichrostachys cinerea (kalahari christmas tree) question.

i first saw this plant on toptropicals.com and i fell in love! i ordered some seeds and planted a few. none of them came up. i did not scarify them. is that why?

Did you soak them first? Mine said emerse seeds in HOT water and let cool, then soak seeds in water for 24 hours. Sow in sandy soil. should sprout 2-10 days. Did you try that? If not maybe try again this way.
