Bill now has his 2010 offerings available. Caladiums are ideal for containers as well as direct planting in gardens.

Is it caladiums or caladia? ;-)

That's a good question for Bill.

Just checked and Google results show caladiums.

It's Caladiums

Do the mammoth bulbs make big leaves, or do they just make alot of 'regular' sized leaves..

Lake Placid, FL(Zone 9b)

Yes, the Mammoth sized bulbs will produce allot more leaves. They do tend to be a little bigger also. Allot depends on the variety too!!

Okay, I'll bite: which are the top three of the mammoth sized bulbs as far as producting a lot more leaves?

Lake Placid, FL(Zone 9b)

Because of the way the bulb forms I would probably say Carolyn Whorton, Lord Derby and maybe Candidum. The Carolyn Whorton bulbs have allot of eyes as it is. When they're a Mammoth they'll produce an absolutely unbelievable display!!!

Thanks, Bill. I'll take yet another look. There are just so many beauties that it's hard to whittle down the choices.
