Chirita Babies

I started several leaves of 'Hisako' a couple of months ago and now they all have babies. Some of them are quite large. So, my question is, is each ear a plant, like with strep babies or are they like cluster plants, like AVs? I don't know how to separate them!

I have about 4 plants that need to be taken apart .. They are chritias... two in each cup...Of course I did not name them as I did not think they were going to grow.....LOL

Susan, I have some babies from Naine Argente as well that need to be separated. I can't wait to see this one bloom. I got it in the RR this Fall.
