Good healthy Recipes for Type 2 Diabetes

My Katharine has been diagnosed with Type 2 Diabetes. We attended two days of classes at Baptist East Hospital on how to deal with it and changes in eating habits. I was wondering if some you have the same problem and a favorite recipe you like.. We have all kinds of resources/recipes but I thought those here who have tried and true recipes might have some suggestions. Thank You!
