Yesterday I had the best cabbage soup ever! It was made with kim chi'd cabbage and was perfectly spicy & cabbagy. I have no idea how to make this ~ Do You? The juice looked kind of brown... was that from fish paste or beef bullion or ...
I have a large amount of winter kim chi = hot & spicy sour cabbage kim chee - is this what is used? It looked like it...
