OK to make dressing a day ahead?

Is it ok if I make my cornbread chicken and dressing today and just keep it in the fridge until tomorrow and bake it then? I want it to be hot when I take it to mom's tomorrow but don't want it to end up bad in some way. I'm trying to save myself a little time. Thanks.
