CLOSED: Is this a Brown Goshawk?

I took these shots a while back and am seeking confirmation that it's a 1st year Brown Goshawk. The size would be about right and the tail is more rounded than that of the Collared Sparrowhawk. Thanks for any help.

I think the best way to tell the 2 apart are by the legs, the Brown Goshawk's feather's go down farther than the Collard SH.
